first visit, but certainly not the last. we found this jewel of a restaurant and we will definitely be back! all about it is 5 stars

Solid curry. Each dish was tasty and were different to each other. It's not mind blowing but it's far better than 90% of places. Good value too.

excellent eating at really good price. tables not too close together, as enjoyed as a couple, but they can go as a bigger party. had waited a little, so busy, but that was not a bad thing

Excellent flavoursome and aromatic dishes. Lovely service and really fast. I dropped in and walked out in 15 minutes. Great surroundings by a roaring fire to wait for your curry. The food was excellent. I will be back.

Tasty food and friendly staff. You can't say better than that. When we arrived at around 6 on a Tuesday evening the place was empty but soon filled up. really nice restaurant. the staff is very efficient and friendly. that was wonderful. they were also really good for our baby and let us welcome. we were also in our own small section, which was simply perfect and peaceful for us. They looked after us very well and to cover it from a real fire to keep them toastia in the colder darker nights. this was our first visit and would return definitiw.

Having booked a table by telephone just a little while earlier one evening recently we arrived on foot to be courteously greeted and lead to our table. My sister, who lives in the village, had always assumed that this was a small place. How wrong she was. There was more than enough space for many diners. Any way, after ordering our drinks, mine being a chilled Kingfisher beer in a beautiful glass, I ordered onion bhajis as a starter and the garlic chicken curry prepared at the heat of a vindaloo at my crazy request.
