"Family of 11 ages between 8-65 away for Xmas was a lovely hotel Very clean and rooms cleaned every day, rooms are lovely and spacious. Grounds are well kept and clean pool areas are clean and don’t open while 10am so don’t have to be out at ridiculous time for sun beds! Food was always plenty of choice and something for everyone even with a very picky 8yr old… drinks were all good and did t have to que long at bars. We stayed in E block overlooking public park and gates to hotel were very secure and felt safe at all times. Opens out onto lovely designer mall and supermarket for convenience. Market just outside of the mall twice a week. Inflatables are allowed in the pool as not many Spanish pools allow this now. Entertainment team Work hard and long days kristina and Ricardo make everyone feel welcome and put lots of effort in. Evening entertainment was good has some great acts on. Only downside for me as an all inclusive was no snack bar purely for the kids even just a burger or chips during the day but it wasn’t a major problem just bought snacks from supermarket. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and would definatley return to El Duque again. Also it’s a cashless site if u are self catering or buying specific ice creams so debit/credit card needed or load ur room key at reception so u can charge it to your room."

Excellent family holiday. We stayed over Xmas. Restaurant staff and food lovely, great variety. Entertainment team are amazing,lots for kids to do,evening Entertainment every night.Daily cleaning off rooms. Hotel next to shopping centre, gated so you feel very safe.

El trato excelente de todo el personal, limpieza muy bien, el buffet mucha variedad donde elegir y todo bien presentado, la animación excelente, las instalaciones muy bien, dispone de dos piscinas, días para el recuerdo gracias al equipo (Hotel el Duque). Lo recomendamos.

¡Qué maravillosa semana pasamos en este hotel! El buffet era muy variado y la calidad del alojamiento fue excepcional. Sin duda, no puedo olvidar mencionar lo amable y atento que fue el personal del hotel. Su servicio hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. ¡Gracias por hacer que nos sintiéramos como en casa! Definitivamente, una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

Enjoyed our stay at the El Doque aparthotel, stayed S/C the room was clean and tidy on arrival, towel’s changed daily bed linen as required, serviced daily . Minimal cooking utensils pots, microwave, juice extractor coffee percolator available to use. The room itself was a little dated as well as the pool area . Reception staff pleasant and helpful, pity the same can’t be said about one particular bar staff member!
