"Pedimos croquetas y cachopo el llosu. Nos encantó todo. Las croquetas caseras, cremosas y con mucho jamón, riquísimas. El cachopo era enorme, pero no era pesado. Sin exceso de aceite y muy tierno. Delicioso. De postre cogimos una crema de limón (rica y fresquita) y una crema el llosu que no te deja impasible. Golosa pero no dulzona. Salimos encantados La camarera muy cercana y simpática. De esas personas que les gusta lo que hacen, atenta y buena profesional"

"Located in the Valle del Suave, is this small town called Pueblo Astur, a 5-star hotel. For me it is a mixture of classic and modern. Formerly it was a noble house and inside it there are 30 rooms, lounges to enjoy a good drink, a game of chess or a reading. This ECO resort located 15km from Cangas de Onís, and 6.7km from Arriondas, has routes around it, the Fitu viewpoint and the Asturias Jurassic Park Museum (Muja). My family and I have stayed in the junior suite, and we have enjoyed their Slow Food cuisine in the Puebloastur restaurant, the terrace is a privilege, eating with views of the Picos de Europa. They also have a restaurant for private events called El Halcón. The Nature spa is a real luxury, it has treatments for all tastes and the hydrotherapy has several jets, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, contrast showers, bubble beds, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a cold pool, etc. The price is not bad for everything it includes, it is spacious, and it has a relaxation area to have an infusion or water. A rural, relaxing and comforting experience in the middle of nature. We have rested, we have woken up with the sound of the birds and the variety of breakfasts with local gastronomy products. You can choose between the buffet served table or a la carte. The infinity pool is a joy, in the afternoon when the day is already clear, the views are cinematic. If you decide to have lunch or dinner at the restaurant, they have off-the-carte dishes, such as fish freshly brought from the Tazones market or meat from the area's pastures. Excellence and attention to detail are reflected in every aspect of the ECO Resort. I recommend this hotel for its quality, service and for the wellness experience. "Hacía muchos años que no iba, y hoy me ha vuelto a sorprender, con una propuesta de proximidad y una apuesta por la teoría de la cocina creativa y conceptual, hay genios que saben diseñar platos de cabeza que resultan tan sorprendentes como los de otros grandes chefs que requieren horas de ensayo y error. Sigue teniendo su seña de identidad en la elaboraciones, esas texturas cremosas, esa predominancia del producto vegetal que tanto me enamora y esos sabores otoñales y asturianos. "NO RECOMENDABLE!!! Al entrar ya te encuentras con tres o cuatro diplomas enmarcados presumiendo de su cachopo..... Si son tan buenos como el revuelto de gambas con setas (por llamarlo de alguna manera) como será un café... el 4 mordisco a aquello fue como una exfoliación para mis dientes...no sabría decir si era cantos rodados del sella o es que no tienen ni idea de abrir un huevo. La seta troceada como tropezones y el tronco un mazacote gigantesco que a parte de no quedar muy bien estaba poco hecho al ser tan grande. El pan...un trozo de algo recién descongelado con paladar y olor grasiento. A parte de eso, si con esto ya no tiene uno ganas de seguir comiendo y le sumas el olor que hay allí dentro a sebo, a rancio... saliendo de aquella cocina, ya haces el cóctel más asqueroso que hay. Si entra ahí Chicote cierra el local de por vida. Para lo mal que se come precio caro. NO RECOMENDADO!!!"

"We visited in August 2015 during the local Semana Grande , (the local holiday , so the place was crammed. Nevertheless the service was quite prompt and courteous. The place is rustic, plain and frugal, but the menu is indeed a joy to behold, with loads of dishes you will only be able to sample in Asturias. We ordered a Tabla de Quesos Asturianos (Asturian cheese platter which could easily have fed 10 people. Absolutely perfect and definitely worth trying if you visit Asturias. Also, Bonito a la Plancha, which is some sort of Cantabrian white tuna you can only find in the north of Spain and only two or three months a year. It was spectacular, and -again- massive, as it came with a mound of homemade chips and a generous salad. Particularly original was the patatas with 3 sauces (brava, ali oli, as well as the local cabrales . It tasted ace and was served, uniquely with three pots for the sauces (see photos attached . Good value for money. Would like to return."
