I always like to come to the El Ambiente. The food, the service, the ambience, it just does everything....

Super atmosphere, totally cozy, just right for a relaxed evening! The food was great, the waiters were friendly and in the background also nice music. Nothing to complain, like again:

The mixture of culinary delights and a homely atmosphere as well as friendly service appeal to visitors. On the day after Christmas I lost my wallet with almost 500 euros in the local. Thanks to the honesty of the staff, I got my property the next day.

Ich kann nicht behaupten, dass die Mitarbeiter überfordert oder unfreundlich waren. Ich bin freundlich empfangen worden und auch schnell bedient worden.Das Essen fand ich lecker. Preis / Leistung finde ich in Ordnung. Wenn ich in eine Tapasbar gehe, dann muss ich mit Tapas rechnen. Voir le carte

We just had dinner there. Our food had been forgotten. After asking several times, we were told it was the system's fault. There was no apology and no accommodation from the staff. Nachdem wir vor ein paar Jahren schon einmal dort waren (damals war das Essen "ok" aber auch nicht mehr ), war ich über den Qualitätsabfall erschrocken. Wenn selbst Kartoffeln frittieren und Datteln braten auch beim 2. Anlauf nicht klappt....Der Service war dazu noch desinteressiert und wenig engagiert. Vielleicht war es einfach ein schlechter Tag, aber dieses Erlebnis hält uns von einem weiteren Versuch definitiv ab.

We were forgotten several times by the waitress and we had to wait 15 minutes for a small Coke. When we were given the wrong food, we also had to wait an unnecessarily long time, even though the shop wasn't even really full. Food was okay, but nothing special. Bread basket was very modestly filled with bread that was so dry that it was still eaten by the pharaohs. Parking spaces also leave a lot to be desired. Tuna spread was stable.
