with distance the best culinary experience in berlin. eating was fantastic, the wine pairing delicious and our waiter was super funny. the aesthetics of the restaurant is beautiful; industrial, without being cold. an extra class soiree.

Unfortunately, the cook no longer comes from the kitchen and explains its creations, but the individual walks are unusual in composition and very nuanced in taste. Unfortunately, the registration via opentable may have led to a double invitation. the noise level could be lower, but summa summarum was once again a delicious experience to eat there. absolutely recommended!

Great dishes from good ingredients. The dishes combine good seasonal ingredients to delicious, fantasies combinations without slipping into playful chichi. Everything was perfectly prepared and dressed. There was a very attentive friendly service that recommended us a suitable wine for every walk. Eins44 is an exceptional dining experience, from the thoughtfully designed open dining room to the excellent wine list curated for food pairing, to the exquisitely crafted fare. We dined a la carte, but were still offered wine pairings with each course. The food was elevated, with a clear point of view about balancing of flavors and perfected seasoning, with surprising elements that always worked perfectly. It’s a little hard to find this spot, in a back alley, but make the effort! A truly lovely find amidst the broad offerings of Berlin. Strongly recommended!

a great ambiente. attentive and friendly service. the kitchen is ambitious, but unfortunately something is wanted. we have only decided for three courses. with the greeting from the kitchen and the tasty homemade brot, it was a good choice. It is also nice to choose the main dish instead of the classic order. each one of our appetizers was really good, with the two others lacking the balance or the taste of the main component. in the main court, unfortunately, the many additional components also overlaid the actual part. a little pity. our impression was also detested by the fact that the upper restaurant area was taken by a somewhat louder travel group.

Some of the good bits: Nice building, sympathetically done up, lighting low and intimate in quite a large space. Waiting staff is attentive and knowledgeable and gives you the explanation with each dish. Courses are small, excepting the main they are all...about spoonfuls. Every plate has a quenelle, foam, jelly or fancy dots, plenty to feast the eye and clearly some superb technical skills in the kitchen. The bits I didn't like: Why would you have people sit on uncomfortable school chairs if you only offer long sittings at a hefty price? I enjoyed one spoonful of salad (there wasn't more), for the rest I found the flavours puzzling at best. One dish stood out for poppy seeds only. There wer... Voir le carte
