"Definitiv zu empfehlen! Mein Partner und ich haben an dem 4-tätigen Silvester-Arrangement 2023/2024 teilgenommen und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, man wird direkt persönlich von Johannes und Lisa begrüßt (sehr sympathisches junges Paar und der Service ist einwandfrei. Das Essen ist vielfältig, super lecker und auch üppig. Außerdem ist die Lage an der Mosel auch im Winter toll. Man merkt, dass das Haus alt ist und ein paar wenige Kleinigkeiten am Zimmer könnten gemacht werden, jedoch ist das insgesamt durch das historische Ambiente halb so wild. Fazit: Nur zu empfehlen! Wir kommen auch außerhalb des Arrangements nochmal! :"

"we'll go out and eat there when we get from Luxembourg. it's really good eating what you get there. beautiful large portions and also the quality is great. there are fancy things that not everyone has italian. e.g. Carpaccio pizza and it is one of the rare Italians who still make spaghetti carbonara with real speck and not with cheap ham replacement. so I can only recommend this restaurant. the services are different launts sometimes not quite as good but that can not reduce the eating. today, for example, the services were very good and very friendly."

"Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei, alles frisch wie Obst oder frische Säfte ebenfalls Omelette konnte man sich frisch zubereiten lassen. Sekt sowie ausgefallene Wurstsorten und Lachs gab es jeden morgen. Auf dem Zimmer waren Bademäntel sowie Frotteepantoffeln bereitgelegt für den Spa-Bereich. Der Restaurant- und Frühstückbereich war sehr schön gemacht und mit Blick auf die Mosel. Der Wellness- und Spa-Bereich war sehr gut und geschmackvoll gemacht. Es gab eine finnische Sauna, Dampfbad, Steinbad, Dampfbad sowie ein Bechtlebad, dazu ausreichend Ruheräume aussen sowie innen, sehr schön gemacht. Der Pool war nicht groß aber mit Sprudeldüsen und Ausblick auf die Mosel. Ebenfalls zu erwähnen der Hamambereich sowie diverse Awendungsräume die ebenfalls geschmackvoll eingerichtet waren. Die Anwendungen hatten die üblichen Preise, es gab aber diverse Anwendungen die man nicht überall bekommt. Besonders zu erwähnen sei, das es überall sehr sauber war und in den Ruhebereichen Getränke wie Wasser oder Tees zur verfügung standen sowie eine Bar war, wo man sich jedes gewünschte Getränk holen konnte. Bernkastel-Kues ist nur 6 km entfernt, hier empfehlenswert Pizzeria Europa. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön zum wandern."

"I've been quite disappointed by the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights over Pentecost on site, 2 persons with a small dog. The room has a very old equipment, especially the bathroom has come very years, on the balcony stood the classic white plastic chairs, charm did not really come up. On the first evening we booked a 4-course menu and had to wait one hour for the first walk. I also complained after that, as a justification I was called a lack of personnel. Basically, I can understand this, but it is a kind of communication. Also I had to order a glass of wine 2x as it was forgotten. The quality of the food was very good. Sunday brunch and breakfast also, here is a big compliment. On Sunday evening we were four in the restaurant and unfortunately the service left to wish again. We had to ask 2x for a portion of olive oil and instead of a bottle of wine we got grape juice. The accumulation of these mistakes in combination with the living room and the yet high price, upset us and we will not come back. I have also expressed some of this criticism personally on site and would have made it even more, but I was not asked how I liked it at check out. Addendum: I have now received a letter that an application for the removal of this assessment has been made. Rating and booking were made under the same name, so I am more than amazed that the hotel tries to delete under the pretext that the rating cannot be assigned."
