"A restaurant visit that I have never experienced in this way. We arrived promptly at 6:00 p.m. and were escorted to our table. After selecting various mezzes, we were asked whether we would like to order a main course at the same time. Our idea of eating the numerous starters first and then deciding whether we could even manage a main course afterwards was positively encouraged by the employee. Before we even finished the mezze, we ordered two main courses and more mezze. We waited over an hour for this order. After the table next to us, who also ordered (four) main courses in the second step, left the restaurant after the main course, dessert and payment process, we contacted the service. The promised two minute wait then turned into another 20, so we received our food at 7:36 p.m. From 8 p.m. onwards, all tables will be reassigned, the tables from the 6 p.m. reservations will be cleared, so that all 8 p.m. reservations will then be allowed into the restaurant. During the meal we were told at 8 p.m. that they would bring us the bill. In response to the objection that we didn't have enough time to eat due to the long waiting time, the waitress simply replied that we hadn't ordered the main courses right at the beginning, so they were the last orders in the kitchen. So we have ourselves to blame. After paying, we were told that the other guests were already waiting and we had to clear the table now. We hadn't even finished eating at this point. Unbelievable. We were impressed by the quality of the food, but we didn't find it to be as exceptionally good as mentioned in many reviews."

It was my first visit to “Die Kurve”. The food was excellent and the service was very good. The service staff were very attentive, were able to give realistic quantities and make recommendations.
