"We had a lovely early evening meal for 2. In the area in which we were sat there was already a table of 8 and a table of 2. Then other diners arrived whilst we were there. We had 2 lovely starters sticky belly pork deep fried goat cheese. Then fish chips and I splashed out on the ribeye steak both were delicious. We were so full that we didn't get a dessert this visit. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit, and have already booked in for new year's eve!"

Really enjoyed it, but the service was poor. Still a great place to dine though. Chips need to be hand cut not frozen

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and only in the area for one night so pushed the boat out and had the ‘Ultimate lobster ribeye surf turf Royale’. Tasted amazing but far too much food on one board/plank. You had to choose carefully the order you eat it as it just goes cold too quickly . The lobster, steak the haddock goujons would have been plenty on their own. The quality was amazing though just be very, very, very hungry if you’re going to attempt this!
