"There were two pages of vegan and vegetarian dishes, including vegan versions of classic Galician cuisine. But the best part was the very professional and friendly service. We were a couple walking the Camino and looking for vegan options. It was a Monday night and we were dining a little early. The owner/chef treated us, the only guests, like we were the most important people in the world to him.
