"This was our first meal in Milan and we were really looking forward to this restaurant because of the great reviews here. I was honestly very disappointed and confused even for days after why we had such a disappointing experience despite the reviews so I'm posting here to share my experience. We ordered a few appetizers then the carbonara and risotto as many here recommended. However, they came out WAY TOO salty. Like it wasn't even a matter of preference, it was way too salty. I'd been to Italy before and we had the same dishes elsewhere but never had it that salty. I am not sure if this was intentional or accidental but it was actually shocking and disappointing our first meal in Milan turned out like this. This place was not cheap either. We did feel a little unwelcome there but I could be wrong so I will just speak to the facts the food was overly salty. We regretted going here and would have gone somewhere else had we known."

Not a bad choice. I got the burger, the person I was with got the bruised beef. If I could do it again I would probably get something else. I ordered the steak rare and got something like medium well. Didn't order drinks. I ordered tap water and they charged me for water, not typical but a lesson learned. Be aware! It's really a shame that the noise is unbearable, because otherwise the format is pleasant and very successful, an original, tasty menu, well-cooked dishes. The only flaw, unfortunately not a small one, is that the designers who conceived and set up the venue did not pay attention (how careless) to acoustic comfort, a healthy investment in soundproofing and study of acoustics, which is also simple and not at all expensive, would fill the gap lack.
