"I ordered catering services from Man'Ouchy for my thesis defense and I was incredibly happy with it. The team prepared a lovely selection of mezzés (falafel, spinach pie, rkakat feta, and kebbé accompanied by plenty of lebanese bread, taboulé, and dips (hummus and eggplant caviar . Many of my guests came up to me and told me how much they loved the food. I fully agree with them. I would definitely order again!"

"Very welcoming interior, focused menu, nice indoor/outdoor atmosphere. This is a real find in a city where food can be a very foul statement. The staff was young but perfectly poised, welcoming well-dressed diners and passers-by with heavy tattoos and children of the same grave. We will be back."

"Great service even if sometimes the waiters forgot us a little. The manager is great and the restaurant has changed a lot and is still evolving. The food is good, special mention for the desserts and the Sichuan-style eggplants. The dishes are very good, unfortunately it is not written in the menu whether the dishes are spicy or not. A few small areas for improvement but it's a great place, the atmosphere is great, the toilets are clean. I will go back without hesitation!"

"Absolut genialer Aufenthalt erlebt. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels machen Ausflüge zum See oder in die wunderschöne Altstadt problemlos möglich. In die Altstadt hoch, haben wir ein Taxi genommen, zurück, runter, sind wir gelaufen, ca. 20min von der Kathedrale bis zum Hotel. Die Zimmer top modern eingerichtet mit tollem Blick auf den See und in den Park. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe in den Zimmer. In der Nacht war rein gar nichts zu hören, diese Räume wurden top isoliert. Ein Geheimtip ist die Skylounge im 7. Stock die einen fast 360° Blick über Lausanne bietet und absolut geniales Essen serviert. Trotz 5 Sternehaus waren wir positiv überrascht über das kollegiale Verhalten der Mitarbeiter. Kein übertriebenes Getue, einfach menschlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind garantiert nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Rooms: Die Zimmer top modern eingerichtet mit tollem Blick auf den See und in den Park. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe in den Zimmer. "we are happy to have 3* Michelin establishments in numerous restaurants, so many other restaurants have remarkable at the same level, from which the basis of a robust benchmark. l’hotel de ville is always a tasty bite, as the kitchen is classic classic classic...is without question our preference about completely contemporary Nordic style and the dishes are excellently presented. also with our high expectations based on previous visits, the restaurant could really surpass. we had their longest tasting menu, which, according to the dish, was full of taste, clever textures, perfect seasoning and beautifully arranged components. it is unusual to have a long tasting menu, where each dish is of the same level as there are often mises here and there; this was hit after the hit. every little detail had been considered and in contrast to so many contemporary style restaurants, hot eating here is just that, served hot. the service is friendly, informative and especially with a real passion and proudly delivered for the product. I want to see that as a diner. the cheese car must have had more than 40 different cheeses from which generous portions were served; exemplarary. actually, the whole experience here is one that feels very generous and is worth more than the price. the quality of the technology and skill shown in each individual court must be learned. if I had to recommend only a 3* michelin restaurant without question, l’hotel de ville would be my suggestion; quite simple, eating is not really better than that."
