The kitchen is easy to describe. Just an excellent kitchen, creative dishes and a pure taste experience. By far the best kitchen in Bamberg. Personally, I don't see a single competitor who could reach the water. Really TOP! Only Manko: it was a very, very, very quiet environment. I think with a better background music you could create a different atmosphere with the whole. But that's just a side thing. You could concentrate on eating. Chapeau!
