waited over an hour for delivery food was cold bland and tasteless part refund was offered that we excepted wont order again

The staff was super polite and friendly. The dessert we had was really delicious and the representation look really good xxx

Just had food delivered...1st time from here...i had mixed steak with rice salad special sauce....all 3 of us ordered different...but we all throughly enjoyed Voir le carte

Shockingly bad service, rude staff who give the impression that they’d rather you weren’t there, what should have been a nice treat for the kids was an experience I’ll never repeat

Bakar made us really welcome and the ice cream was excellent. Thank you guys. We made a quick stop on the way home from my daughter’s concert and it was a great way to end the night because the welcome was very friendly and the staff very helpful.

Ordered food for delivery at 7pm. It’s now half past 9 and my food still not here. Can’t even ring the place because their number just cuts off after the pre-recorded message. Not had one update from the actual restaurant which makes me think they just don’t care whatsoever. Doubt I’m even getting my food at this point. Voir le carte

Shop is run by kids, no adult charge. Walked in with my partner, we said hello and was ignored by all 4 staff. Sat down, ordered our food which was actually really nice; to then be greeted with baseline and chavvy music blasting through the speakers, no exaggeration we couldnt even hear our selfs talk. Worst customer service ever.

Just went into the shop to get two ice creams for my children. Not one person even acknowledged us, i mean even a hi would of been nice. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before someone came over. He took the order, then said they don’t take card, so I just nipped out to get some cash. Leaving my husband and two children in there. I was expecting that they would of at least of given the kids the ice cream. It was obvious I was coming back. When I returned shocked the kids didn’t have their ice creams, walked in, I said Hiiii so they knew I was there with the cash. Not one man even turned round or looked at me. So we left. You are rude people and I won’t be returning.

Order took 1 hour plus to arrive. Half of the order was missing informed the establishment which then took an additional 30 minutes to send the rest of the order. Ordered 6 milkshakes which were distinctly average. However the waffles were undercooked and extremely doughy. Was not edible. Understanding that these things happen we informed the restaurant of the situation, and they then proceeded to resend the waffle. However the waffle was again the same, even though it was made clear it needed to be cooked for longer. Phoned again only to be told ‘they are all set on a timer’ which was then suggested they increase the timer, I can only assume these waffle are being ‘baked’ by a children’s to... Voir le carte
