"With my wife we tried this new restaurant in the center of Tagliacozzo we loved both the local and the gourmet cuisine it offers. It has a very welcoming family run and in the kitchen there is a young girl with a passion for the kitchen that finds itself in her dishes. We took a selection of sliced and cheeses as an appetizer, as first a dish of ravioli and ricotta with sage and chestnuts and one of maltagliati with pumpkin, bacon and licorice. For second cod in oilcooking and potato cream with broccoli and pine nuts. To finish a selection of Valrhona chocolates and a tris of chocolate with biscuit and salted caramel cream with peanut crunch. I highly recommend it."
