"We were driving back from Speyer and decided we needed to stop for a bite. My wife found this restaurant on a site and we decided to give it a try and man were we happy we did. The restaurant is about 10 minutes off the A5 or A67 so it didn't take too long to get there. We got there early (1800/6pm) and it was empty, although it did fill up as we ate. We each tried a different appetizer and were all ecstatic about our choices, I strongly recommend the gefüllt Champignons and the Bruschetta. The Bearnaise sauce on the mushrooms was just amazing and the Bruschetta was delicious. We also each had a different meal and all were again way better than what you would think to find in a small town restaurant. I had the Calzone, which had probably the tastiest crust I had ever had on a pizza of any time. My wife had the Meerfrüchte Pasta and could not stop raving about it. Our friends had the Kurbis Pasta which came in a delectable sauce and the Beef and Potatoes (sorry, don't remember the name) but it came with some of the best tasting onion strings I've ever had. Overall, an amazing little restaurant and we decided that when we travel home from the South, we will definitely be stopping in again. In fact, on the way home, we were trying to think of other trips we could make to the South as an excuse to stop by for a meal."

"Ich wollte eine Familienpizza und habe mittags beim Restaurant nachgefragt, ob das möglich ist. Die Dame sagte kein Problem ich solle nur anrufen. Als ich abends anrief teilte mir ein männlicher Kellner mit, es werden seit einer Woche keine Familienpizzen mehr gebacken. Als ich ihm mitteilte das ich mittags mit einer Dame gesprochen habe, die mir sagte ich kann abends eine Familienpizza kaufen stellte er sich erst mal dumm. Dann meinte er die Tochter des Hauses hätte keine Ahnung. Als ich ihn frage was ich jetzt machen soll, es war ja zugesagte. Wurde mit ein patziges weiß ich doch nicht entgegengebracht. Ich weiß nicht was der unterschied zwischen dem backen einer Familienpizza und einer einzelnen Pizza ist, offenbar der Preis. Es wird mehr wohl mehr daran verdient wenn man einzelne Pizzen verkauft oder man hatte abends um 21 Uhr keine Lust mehr sich die Arbeit zu machen überhaupt noch essen zu verkaufen. Ich weiß das die Pizzeria Da Giulio kein Geld mehr an mir verdient.Die besten Restaurants in meiner Nähe"

"Wir waren heute mit drei Personen im Restaurant essen. Der Empfang und die Bedienung am Tisch waren sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich. Reichhaltige Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Das Essen war sehr lecker und es war sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch hier. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder... We went to the restaurant today with three people. The reception and the service at the table were very attentive and super friendly. Extensive selection of food and drinks. The food was delicious and it certainly won't be our last visit here. "Last night, at noon. First we were given the circumstances, the mask and so very friendly greeted and led to our table. What we noticed is that the ambience is very cozy and the staff is present at any time. In response, the orders were delivered which were then implemented immediately. "Wir haben reserviert und waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort. Es gab Live Musik (Black Rose, ist echt empfehlenswert und der Laden war mit ca 25 Gästen (inkl. uns nicht mal ansatzweise voll ausgelastet. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, aber trotzdem mit den Bestellungen überlastet. Unser Sohn hat sage und schreibe 1 Stunde auf seine Portion Pommes gewartet und erst nach zweiter Nachfrage wurden diese an den Tisch gebracht. Gäste die nach uns kamen hatten ihr Essen eher als wir. Über eine Stunde finde ich schon etwas grenzwertig als Wartezeit, bedenkt man die Anzahl der Gäste. Nun zum Essen.. Es waren keine großen Portionen und auf jeden Fall kaum gewürzt. Meinem Sitznachbar und mir wurde die Fleischplatte frisch aus dem Kamin auf den Tisch gestellt. Das Fett in der Auflaufform spritze auf das komplette Umfeld und auf Hose und Hemd. Sehr unangenehm. Auf der Karte war nicht vermerkt, dass es zu dieser Platte keine Beilagen gab, war da doch dieser hohe Preis angegeben. Alles in allem hat es dort niemanden geschmeckt von uns und aufgrund dessen werden wir dieses Etablissement nicht noch einmal aufsuchen."
