"We come to Dawyck, about once a week as it's such a fabulous place. The grounds are stunning, beautifully kept and tended, the cafe is outstanding as are the lovely staff. We love seeing it in all seasons, each visit holds new botanical surprises, the place is always changing and with the great weather this Easter weekend, it was particularly great to be able to sit on the well-placed benches and enjoy! Membership is worth every penny. Thanks to everyone who makes Dawyck such a superb experience for the whole family."

the cheese scones are out of this world never ever tasted anything as good as these!! Coronation chicken with sour dough bread is the best I have ever tasted absolutely divine!! ! well done chef!! see you next week!

I have only lived 8 months in Scotland and have never seen the autumn. the gardens are stunning beautiful, peaceful and the caffe and shop top class. I had the most beautiful, peaceful time to stroll in the gardens with a friend.

what a wonderful place in a beautiful environment. I've never seen so many beautiful trees. the visitor center is a great example of modern architecture that brings the outdoor area to the house and the scenes were the best I had in a long time!. Voir le carte

highly recommended. small attractive caffe with delicious food and pleasant personal. very seductive. the gardens looked great. rhododendrons in full blossom, the beautiful color and the trees in new leaf were so many varied shades. a perfect place to hike on a beautiful mai afternoon.

We come a couple of times a year to visit these beautiful gardens as they are always changing. Well done to all the gardeners for all their hard work in maintaining them. Lovely cafe with home-baked goodies and very friendly people and volunteers. Nice half day out. Their guided tour is also worth doing. It was very interesting. I'd give them more stars if I could! Peebles is nearby so always worth combining with a trip to the lovely independent shops that can still be found there making a good day out.
