"Si tratta di un eccellente locale a 5 Stelle per la qualità dei cibi, la pulizia e l'organizzazione oltre che per posto elegante ed accogliente per festeggiare anche i compleanni o feste di laurea (come nel nostro caso). Ottima l'accoglienza da parte del personale pronto a soddisfare con il sorriso ogni esigenza. Inizialmente abbiamo gustato l'entrée dello chef: crema di piselli alla menta con cubi di pane croccante e mozzarella seguito dall'antipasto a scelta tra cannolo di verdura al forno sul letto di crema di yogurt aromatizzata e flan di porro con straccetti con fonduta di scamorza e olio extra vergine d'oliva. Il primo con i cappellacci ripieni con crema di Parmigiano e funghi guarniti con speck e fonduta di fior di latte al pepe rosa è stato sublime come anche il risotto mantecato al burro con cavolo cappuccio viola guarnito con parmigiano e anelli di cipolla croccante. E' seguito il secondo con un involtino di manzo ripieno al pesto di basilico con mortadella e fontina guarnito con insalata di rucola, noci e pomodoro ciliegino ed un filetto di maialino agli aromi sfumato con vino Marsala guarnito con peperoni aromatizzati e cipollotto in agrodolce. Lo chef ci ha proposto come dolce una mezza sfera di mascarpone al cocco con cuore di marmellata e mirtilli, un semifreddo al cioccolato fondente con zucchero a velo guarnito con lamponi rossi e la panna cotta alle fragole con cascata di caramello guarnito con frutta (pesca) Da rimanere senza parole! Now, let's make a leap forward epochal, where we are received in environments that still safeguard some characteristics of the ancient stable but, in good part restored with elegance in the structure and, above all in the furniture, with tables spaced with comfortable chairs, equipped with quality tablecloth and cutlery suitable for necessity. all ready for a maximum capacity of about forty guests. management. has been an existing conduction for about 9 years, completely familiar: owner cinti sergio, in the kitchen his wife and mother-in-law, in the room his son assisted by waiters, in need. Menu. proposals are fish/crustaceans, meat and land. the basic concepts recall traditions but, with an expression of proposals aimed at moderate research and imaginative innovation, without overturning bold Gothic concepts. proposals. the document includes about three fish proposals and three meats, both for beginners and seconds. costs vary from 16 to 22€ per distance, excluding drinks.
