very tasty blase milk tee, and friendly and efficient service! had a large Taro-Milchteam (olong, less ice and sugar, pearls) and the matchataro. matcha tasted more on the commercialized, slightly bitter side, which was not on my taste, which is why I always stuck with the taro that never disappointed! Absolutely delicious! The brown sugar milk tea was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced — not overly sweet, just the right amount of indulgence. Super refreshing and satisfying — easily one of the best bubble teas I’ve had. Highly recommend for any boba lover! Couldn’t stop myself from joining the loyalty scheme.

I accidentally ordered a bubble tea to the wrong CUPP store on the app. I waited for a while and asked the staff if it had come through, they said it hadn’t. I was having a really bad day and this was the last straw. The staff could see I was upset and made me my bubble tea really quickly. They were very sweet and it meant a lot. Thanks!
