We ordered the seafood set menu £40 Euro per), which includes four courses, including starters and dessert. started with a vol-au-vent filled with delicate salad leaves, with smoked salmon, eggs of cream cheese and drizzle with orange sauce with candied orange peel in a sweet but slightly sharp sauce that went perfectly with all the ingredients. Secondly, the entire Tagliatelle with Squid was in a fantastic garlic and herbal broth. The third course was slightly crushed and fried octopus served with seasoned and roasted vegetables and mint added and wonderful scent and flavor combination. We had a choice for dessert, I had the chocolate and ginger cake and my partner had the Custard Flan both were delicious, the Custard Flan had nice fluffy pastries and cool creamy Custard Topping, my partner also thinks it was apple in it. Mine was moist and had a delicate crumb. The ginger and the chocolate are a beautiful combination. The chocolate ceremony was perfect because the cake was not too sweet, so together created the perfect amount of sweetness. I had medium-sized glasses of beer, the 5 euros each were a half bottle of red wine 11 euros. After the meal we only sat for a while. Serious refresh and upgrade are needed. The attempt to remain or position the place as a gastronomic is supported by the dress code of waitresses and the number of “mise en bouche” offered by the chef. But that is it. The place needs renovation the floor, the wooden walls are really tired and it was cold inside in January. Then the food is there in quality but taste and some refinement are missing. Disappointing!
