I visited the restaurant Is it open? When asked when will it open? No with an angry expression! No open!! I got angry and kicked him out. When I went back a little later, I saw that they were receiving customers. It was truly the worst experience. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Dinning at Ristorante Covo Dei Saraceni was on my bucket list since watching Only You 20+ years ago. It was worth the wait. The food and ambience were magical, but it was the service that made our experience memorable. Highly recommend if you are spending a couple of days in Positano.

This hotel restaurant is wonderful, it is worth having lunch and enjoying the most beautiful panorama in the world, a clean place, efficient service and an indescribable view. My wife and I ate lunch here during a day trip to Positano. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the city and is right near the dock. Do yourself a favor and stop here for the bruschetta with burrata it was incredible! Prices were very reasonable for the city and the service/view adds to the value! Service: 5 Location: 5

We had am amazing time inPositano and at this beautiful hotel 3 weeks ago. The location was perfect and the views incredible.The rooftop pool and bar was a great addition to this lovely hotel. The staff was so welcoming and warm, especially Davide at the pool bar and Maria in the breakfast room which was also wonderful. We also ate one nite at the hotel restaurant and really thought its was very delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for your Almafi Coast visit!

Hotel Covo dei Saraceni was the dream honeymoon location. Hands down the best hotel to stay at in Positano. The location is impossible to beat and the staff were incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared about. The family sent us a bottle of champagne to our room to welcome us and congratulate us for our wedding honeymoon. Each day we start with the delicious breakfast and then would go to the pool to relax and admire the beautiful view overlooking the sea and boats. We truly enjoyed every minute of our time spent at the hotel and Positano. We will definitely be returning again in the future and would not even think about staying anywhere other than Covo dei Saraceni.

Covo Dei Saraceni is truly a remarkable hotel. The staff is fantastic! If theres any unique questions, the concierge will assist you with all of your needs during your stay. As far as the location goes, you could not ask for a better location... you are staying at a 5 Star Hotel at the most prime location in Positano... literally, the hotel is on the beach!!! It doesn't get any better! The hotel restaurants are absolutely phenomenal, and the interior is remarkable. Everything about Covo Dei Saraceni screams luxury hotels. My wife and I recently stayed here on our honeymoon. This hotel has world class views and a great location for walks into town. It’s dragged down by a few big red flags. The staff seemed cold and dismissive, which is a shame because we found most of the bars and restaurants in the area to be very hospitable. We stayed at two other hotels that recognized our honeymoon, and Covo did not. Minor gripe but if other hotels are willing to recognize a special occasion, and Covo doesn’t then it should be mentioned. If you come to this hotel by car, be prepared to arrange a porter service with the hotel ahead of time, or you’ll have to haul your luggage down several blocks. The porter service is 5€ pe...

We stayed here for five nights, which was our first time in the area of the Amalfi coast. Although I would stay at this hotel again, I don 't believe you need five nights. However, we took a day trip from here to Pompeii and went on a boat tour to Capri, which was fabulous. In other reviews, people said the service was not as friendly. I 've traveled everywhere in Europe, all over Italy, Germany, and many other places. First of all, if you 're American, don 't act like an American in Europe. Two particular things: don 't be loud and don 't be impatient. This is off-putting to any European.
