The Concept 45 is the Aperitivo Bar of the Hilton Milan. For 10 euros they serve you a decent drink like a big beer and bring some six bits and bobs to chew on, as well as a handsome cup of crisps. I thought it was a pretty good deal with high quality hors d’ oeuvres. Also service very friendly and helpful.

This restaurant is definitely 5 stars! The service was excellent. The atmosphere was laid back and wonderful. I would highly recommend the cotolette veal with cheese and mushroom. Beautifully crispy on the outside, but moist on the inside. The French fries with season salt were a great complement. My wife had the risotto with bone marrow. She really liked it, even though she tries to avoid red meat. We are staying at the Hilton and were pleasantly surprised to find such a great restaurant inside our hotel Voir le carte

The restaurant is just the lobby bar of the hotel, in fact, you can perfectly see who is leaving or entering the hotel. We ordered a starter to share (vegetable spheres) which was tasteless. Then we ordered the 2 pax Mixed Fried Fish with Vegetables, which was a total disappointment. There were a few tiny small pieces of dry fish, 1 shrimp (for a 2 people dish) and it was totally cold. We told the waiter that it was cold just as we tried it, she took away the plate to heat it, and brought it again, just slightly warm. Super expensive and totally disappointing. I would never go back.

our family of 5 came to 1 hour for our midday reservation. 40 minutes passed before the brot was even brought to the table and the wine was opened. the waitress has not asked us to taste the wein first before they continue to pour for all. the pasta we ordered for our 3 year old came about an hour after the order with all the other plates. she really started getting fussy because she was hungry and bored. the restaurant was friendly to give her a paintbook with crayons, but they missed the brand on service and timing. Finally, the restaurant had only one table of two sides of our group, so we really did not understand why everything was so slow. lack of personal perhaps? that means eating wa...

Our family of 5 arrived at 1pm for our lunch reservation. 40 minutes went by before bread was even brought to the table and wine opened. The waitress did not ask one of us to sample the wine first before continuing to pour for everybody. The pasta we ordered for our 3-year old arrived with everybody else’s plates about an hour after ordering. She was really starting to get fussy due to being hungry and bored… The restaurant was kind to give her a coloring book with crayons however they completely missed the mark on service and timing.
