We enjoyed a lovely prêt-à-portea in the festively decorated Caramel Room. It was exquisite. An extraordinary experience with delicious afternoon treats.

Perfect for an intimate drink after dinner. We were staying at the hotel and decided to have a nightcap after dinner in Marcus. The service was excellent and friendly. Very enjoyable.

I have been to the Caramel room with my parents and we had a wonderful time. The service was perfect and the tea delicious. We were very impressed by the attention to details and the quality of the food.

must visit and have the afternoon tea. lovely and very well presented food. the detail is amazing. nice staff but wish the caramel room was a bit larger so you have more space between other people and yourself whilst dining. overall must do!

The caramel room is a more relaxed space for a nice afternoon with friends and family..We were here with my husbands parents, celebrating our anniversary and was not dissapointed.The sandwiches were just YUM...and overall presenation and the 'fashionista ' concepts added alot of fun and flavour to the tea experience...The sweets were pretty good too, although I personally could not try them all as it was certainly going to cause a sugar rush! : )The choice of tea was good and we all tried out different varients as per our pallets.Day well spent.

This experience is specially unique for lovers of haute couture craving for a lovely afternoon adorned by perfectly shaped delicious sandwiches and biscuits to go along with the most flavorful of all teas: the african blend.Right at the start, the welcoming service makes a stand that adds up to the magnificence of the menu, explained with grace and pride. At the end, a adorable bag-looking takeaway is offered, and the afternoon is surely stamped with a smile.I will certainly go back with my teenage girls so that they too can experience a remarkably unforgettable day.

This is my 2nd visit to this afternoon tea and really enjoyed this afternoon tea. I love this because 1 Efficient and friendly service. Staff knowledge of the food are helpful2. Just love the food art from all the treats, both savoury and sweet, inspired by high end fashion designer names. All tasted delicious and certainly didn't leave hungry.3. Lovely ambience and atmosphere It is a little more pricey than other afternoon tea. However, given amount of work to present the treats in such beautiful and fun way, it is worth paying a little more for a memorable experience.

This is a really fun take on your traditional high tea and a refreshing change if you haven't tried it before.Having been to the Pret-a-portea a few years I go I was quite excited to return. It was good but not amazing. Whilst I appreciate the fantastic service there were still little things here and there where they missed the mark this time around namely:-Promoting that they serve from one list of teas for the savoury component and another for the sweet but then forgetting to take our order for the second tea.-The quality of cakes and savouries weren't as high as last time. Some cakes were sickly sweet and the savouries weren't really of a 5 star standard. I will give the chefs credit for...
