"I found this place while walking in the center of Sciacca, I was attracted by a coral consortium located upstairs from the restaurant, where some days (except Sunday) they demonstrate coral processing. There were 7 of us, as soon as we asked for a table, a very kind waiter made us sit by bringing us a welcome appetizer (a crouton with soft ricotta and salmon roe, rating 9). A girl who was with us was intolerant to many foods and the waiter took care of this problem very carefully. During the ordering we had a communication problem and we marked one dish less, so the waiter more than sufficiently remedied this inconvenience. Within a few minutes the dish was ready and despite this they offered us another portion of the dish which arrived late. The location is acoustically accompanied by light background music, a very quiet place, I highly recommend it for couples or families who want to have a quiet meal, a little less for groups of friends. The prices are fair and the portions are sufficient. I personally ordered linguine with sea urchins, coming from Spain, I expected better, perhaps because I was struck in the past by a dish of local urchins in another place that left its mark on my palate. All in all good, I recommend adding a little more flavor. My friends had busiate with pistachio and red mazzara prawns (which I also had the opportunity to taste thanks to the dish offered). Very good and plentiful toppings, the prawns cooked perfectly, I recommend it. Then the seared tuna accompanied by a cream of potatoes and peppers and finally I can talk about both the caponata (excellent Sicilian specialty) which is still good, nothing special but we are used to this dish. The fried mix was good and plentiful but personally the sauce with which they accompanied it was not to my liking, if I 'm not mistaken there was soy and honey. I recommend enriching the menu, the variety was poor and the other dishes were very poor in condiments but refined. Ps.
