The worst service I have ever experienced in Germany. And that is a lot to say Voir le carte

The colleague didn't feel like redeeming the stamped trading card. He reacts almost rudely when I ask him to do it when I don't buy anything after canceling the redemption, he calls out to me and wishes me a nice day. Yes, that's how business avoidance works. If you don't need it. ‍

We had a very nice older lady who served us. We also made a little small talk as we waited for our bagels and coffee. My bagel took a little longer to warm up (a little dark afterwards) but it still tasted good. The apple pie is to die for. The cappuccinos were good too. I don't expect a perfect cappuccino like from a barista but it was still tasty, a bit strong but still good. Service: Dine in

A very bad experience. We stopped here during our trip in Germany because we regularly go to Coffee Fellows. After ordering a few coffees with plantbased milk, we received coffees and could already notice the smell of regular milk. Because some of us are lactose intolerant we decided to ask the barista if she was sure this was oatmilk and she bluntly responded there 's no oatmilk, this is regular milk and left us without any further help. I decided to be patient and get in the queue again to order some new coffees and when she noticed it was us who ordered the new coffee, she made a whole scene out of it. I don 't understand why I was almost yelled at... I just wanted my order to be done cor... Voir le carte
