I would not be of the same kind to review-ne l’ortografia. vam share a d’esturió smoket i era molt correct. pa de bona qualitat i oli d’oliva picual per acompanyar-lo. de segons vam demanar un cruixent d’esturió i espatlla de cabrit al forn. per the nostra surprise, the cruixent d’esturió was no more than a fish and xips i la maitre ens va reconèixer that was a molt cruznt error. haguéssim agraït l’aclariment quan ens van prendre nota. L’espatlla de cabrit va ser excel•lent. the most surprising of the sopar are to be the desserts that ens is going to collect the salt cap: molt equilibrades in the composició. the servei ens va semblar molt correcte però eren molt joves i faltava un punt de maduresa."

beautiful village and beautiful parador. From my room I could see an amazing summer storm. the pyrenees were illuminated with the continuous relampagos. the place is highly recommended and the restaurant is charming. excellent service as always in paradors.
