Top place to be. Food and drinks. Service is very good views are excellent will visit again soon.

Very noisy. Full of male golfers, not another woman in there. Waited 15 mins to get served and ended up walking out and cancelled our restaurant booking.

Absolutely awful. Lack of staff, super miserable, unfriendly staff there and extremely long wait time for food. Wrong orders, loud visitors and awful experience. Voir le carte

Went with my friends 81 year old mum lift was out of order stairs were terrible would have been better putting a sloping ramp in not disability access friendly at all

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for the warm welcome, delicious food, and the thoughtful touches for my daughter during our final family gathering at the end of her hen weekend. It was the perfect way to wrap up her celebration before she heads back to Italy.

I will be submitting my review on Tripadvisor and reporting you to trading standards for the lack of disability access. I.E lift's out of order with no sigh's to inform the public..just ask the staff for a key..only to be met with rudeness. Not to mention the over priced menu. Won't be going back there anytime soon. The image shows a cheese board priced at £16, and I can't help but share the same thoughts as everyone else. It's astonishing that they think this is acceptable to serve. I wouldn't recommend coming here for the food! To make matters worse, they've also run out of mayonnaise. Things can't possibly get any worse than this.

Staff are friendly but often very disorganized -always run out of things from drinks, milk, napkins and change! Expensive for what you get. Captive audience though! Not happy today as turned up for coffee whilst kids have usual 2hrs of lessons (5.30-7.30pm) found Claret Jug now closes at 6.00pm due to 'winter opening hours '. This means nowhere to sit in the warm and get hot beverage for 2 hours!

We all enjoyed the full three-course meal, starting with tasty mushroom and ciabatta starters. The staff were considerate and brought our daughter her roast dinner alongside our starters, which was helpful since she takes her time eating. For our mains, we opted for a mix of beef and pork roasts, served with a generous platter of trimmings and two large jugs of gravy. We couldn’t finish it all, so they kindly provided a doggy bag for later. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to snap a photo of the mains because our daughter took my phone to watch her kids' shows—such a toddler!
