Placed an order online and after a two hour wait, I called and was proudly (after being hung up on twice) met with every excuse available to include; we have no chicken , your order wasn 't placed online , we tried calling you but there was no answer , the delivery driver was at the door but there was no answer . Truly some of the rudest and undeniably bad service I have ever experienced.
