Cioccolateria Marino

I had the opportunity to taste various types of their chocolate thanks to a fair in Milan; what to say, excellent quality! I've been stocking tablets. Banana (white chocolate) and rum (phonant) are among my favorites.

Meet Marino, owner of the homonymous chocolate shop, in Ferrara with art chocolate... annual appointment for Valentine's Day weekend. Excellent products and great passion for your work. I recommend trying the dark chocolates with rhum, brandy and ginger.

I bought the classic candied peels with chocolate, as I wrote in the title, but the owners taste before selling?? I can't tell if they're old or hurt. Luckily they were for me and not to give, I would have done a bad figure. I don't know the chocolate as it is, I hope for them that it was just a bad product they sure lost a customer.

The aromatized chocolate must be the speciality of the house... I tasted two flavored tablets, one with barol chinato and the other with wormwood, and I must compliment myself for having balanced a very happy balance between the cocoa blend and liqueurs (in this case). Really good also the classic blending 70%, surprising I would say for the delicious and very nice hint of vanilla. Bravo! !

Chocolate I by profession make excellent dark tablets or milk with a thousand aromas. In addition, the bare chocolates are good and varied and the janaduia are classic and coffee. For gifts you can find beautiful boxes and in parties, baskets and boxes of good taste. At Easter the eggs are counted with the colors of the football fan or the characters of the most popular cartoons. The prices are excellent for handmade chocolate

I discovered this chocolate shop by chance while staying in Turin. I had the opportunity to taste janduiotti, cuneesi and various chocolate tablets during a market in the center of Turin. The next day, before leaving, I went to the chocolate shop and bought 2 kg of chocolate and it was all very good! The prices are excellent unlike the chocolate shops in the city center which have exaggerated costs, I also add the courtesy of the staff working in the store.. _

I've been in front of this chocolate factory for a long time. I finally managed to stop and get something... Unfortunately it was a real disappointment. The pralines (I tried almost all of them) are a little dry and they know little, a little better just those at coffee. We save the cream to spread with dark chocolate, but also here it is evident that it is not familiar with the use of fat, in fact the cream is very dry. It could have been a good discovery, but I won't be back. Too bad.

Craft chocolates, with a store/laboratory point a little hidden, but easy to reach, and from the available and courteous staff. Personally I tried their tablets, both dark chocolate and white chocolate, including those flavored with rhum and brandy and those with pistachio cream and coconut, and, despite being really good, I find that the flavors are all too balanced, that lack that intensity of which also certain combinations create expectation. A great point of reference to go on the safe, but to which is missing the quid that would make him achieve excellence.

I bought two eggs for Easter, one without sugar, for which I brought the surprise. The first compliment goes to the kindness and professionalism of the owner and collaborator: the egg was created and packaged, very well, according to the modalities and times that had been promised! The other compliments go to the excellent quality of chocolate, which I then got to taste personally. I add a particular that, of these times, is very important: the price! Absolutely competitive, especially in comparison to thieves unfortunately usual in this area of Turin! That's why: Congratulations!!! All my holiday opportunities will be made by you!
