Great sevice and delicious menu. Beautifully lit venue and tables. Location is idealCentral Birmingham City area not too far from Board street so easy to get cabs.

I had booked at this restaurant for my husbands birthday sunday 6th march at 7pm. We arrived and it was in darkness. The place was closed and i hadn’t even been contacted to let me know. Absolutely disgusting

Great. probably the best place to eat in the center of birmingham, along with edmunds. hi quality food to reasonable trips. very good service. have never eaten there and disappointed. Business lunch is particularly good. Voir le carte

We arrived at the restaurant to find it was closed after speaking to another restaurant it had been like that for a few days and other guests had turned up to find it closed too. I understand these things happen but there should have been some notification.

...the Antipasto all’Italiana seemed perfect as a starter. This was a combination of thinly sliced Italian cured meats, a little too far on the salty side, but well acoompanied with the sharpness of sourly pickled artichoke, gherkin, pepperdew peppers, carrots, onions and soft baby Mozzarella pieces served with a small portion of crostini kept the dish light and refreshing...

I made a booking at Cielo in February. It was only by good fortune that I checked a few days before we were due to visit and discovered that the restaurant is closed and has been for several months now! We received nothing from the restaurant to indicate that the restaurant was closed. If anyone else has a booking there I would suggest that that make alternative arrangements ASAP. Voir le carte

came last night to my friend's birthday dinner and it was a decent evening meal! first the service is undoubtedly beautiful! they welcomed us cordially, brought us to our table and made sure that our food was in order. then a thing is no less important the ambiente. they held the ambiente well. Italian music played in a real band, yellowish lights made windy birmingham warm. it was so nice to be here. unfortunately we have some loud sidebars near our table. the most important: eating! we ordered 3 courses from their fixed menu. what a wonderful situation to have a meal. cielo takes a prominent place in one of the farms of brindleyplace, which has a beautiful small stream and beautiful trees, which carry the most beautiful of flowers in the spring. Surrounded by high-rise office buildings, whose lower floors are most restaurants, there is a certain rest in the opposite, which further improves the ambiente and add to this outside seating on non-government/scheidtage. as a result cielo is ready to give its customers a wonderful culinary experience. cielo is something between fine and causal eating. you'd wear a little to be here unless you want to stand out. the same applies to the food served...read more
