restaurant chosen for a business lunch. Kitchen slightly higher than average, well presented dishes but I expected something more in food, negative note for waiting for service and waiting for the account, a little long for a work lunch, friendly service staff.

I don't always sit in a restaurant with the need to be served instantly. At these moments I wish to be with myself. enjoy time, place and why not. the dishes that in this restaurant are presented with simple but nice goto. I think the menu has special touches and it's worth trying.

I returned to lunch at the restaurant in Chile after a first experience not quite positive. Unfortunately also on this last occasion the service left a little to be desired with long waiting times. we took a beef tartare (I ate better) and a small mixed salad. to follow fruit. I noticed that the waiters pass through the tables without a particular logic and also an extra smile towards the adventurous would not spoil. prices in the average lugano. Voir le carte

Walking on the lake of Lugano arrive the lunch time . Usually in Switzerland you expect medium quality and crazy high prices. We try Ciani Lugano from outside looks nice . But inside what a surprise nice tables with the right space , professional waiters...a nice lunch menu for 35 Eu . Really money well spent . We suggest to all we have no doubt that anyone will be satisfied . When we will be back in Lugano we will return for sure . Thanks to all the staff for our positive experience

Has great potential, spacious restaurant and outside seared area in good weather, close to the lake, very busy, I went there with friends for their Apero night that starts around this time going forward into the Summer months, we waited over an hour to be...served, kept asking the waiters if we could order they said they would come to our table but didn 't, there were not enough staff to cover the tables and other guests got served before us who arrived after us, I felt this was quite rude and bad service, will not be going there again. after a fantastic evening cruise on the lake of Lugano on the occasion of August 1st, we stopped at the cyans to drink something; first from its reopening after the change of ownership. its location near the lake, near the entrance of the homonymous park, and within the complex of the building of the congresses of lugano, are without doubt its strengths. the staff is extremely professional, nice to the right but serious point. the environment of the terrace, seen the hour (after midnight) and the festive day, was very....young let's say, but nice public, beautiful people, of style. as a great wine lover I knew, and I had the confirmation, that the card would be rewarding moooolto. Planned to have dinner here with my husband. The photos looked lovely so I thought sitting outside would be nice. Sadly they seated us right in the far corner near where stuff is stored no where near anyone else, even though I had booked. I...asked for a cocktail and was informed that there was no barman, at 7.30pm, on a Saturday night.. I asked to move to the bar area. They let us move. The music unfortunately was just awful. It was some 90s car radio music that you find yourself having to listen to on a taxi journey and it really didn't compliment the lovely hip space outside. The waiter then said I could have a cocktail. It was badly made and I think that they had just thrown it together...

I decided for a meeting with family in lugano, near the park and the lake, to remember the old meetings, being born and having lived in this beautiful city for years. which better place for location than the restaurant cyans. we could stay on the terrace on a Sunday rather warm and sultry, in fact excellent the idea of the great fans outside that personally have not disturbed at all. also the idea of finding a small makeup parade was nice. On the contrary, however, the service: a little careful and unprofessional waitress and an offer little worthy for a city that wants to focus on tourism.
