"The food was good but the service was poor from one member of staff. Our order was taken professionally by a young lady with a dark pony tail (no problem with this lady). We had ordered tap water which did not appear so I collected a jug myself. We had also ordered olives and bread to share between 4 of us. The olives arrived promptly but with no bread. After a further 10 minutes I went to the counter and asked the other lady with fair hair about the bread. She just curtly replied “Yes” with no apology. She eventually sauntered over to the kitchen area to get It. We then realised we needed small plates to dip our bread into the oil and balsamic vinegar. When requested these were casually served in an abrupt manner. The restaurant was very quiet so there was no excuse for this. Our main courses were served politely by a bearded gentleman. It was just the one lady who spoilt our lunch. Maybe there is a language problem."

Unfortunately the food was quite cold. Tried to catch a waiter's eye but couldn't do, and we were too hungry. We did mention it when we paid. It was the same for all on our table.

Late lunch on Sunday we were a bit uncertain having explored previous reviews. In the event we had a very good lunch service was good from our arrival onwards, food was well cooked and we were treated with respect and top ups at the table. We'll return. Voir le carte

A fabulous venue and atmosphere sophisticated but relaxing and benefiting from greenery around the location of the restaurant that created a calming place to be. The service was superb and friendly. The food was Ok but there was some elements that didn't quite work like the deconstructed cob salad.

Outstanding Zara Hadid building and very nice slick interior decor, inside Hyde Park. Very nice Italian food menu , eclectic enough to accommodate a small bite, a brunch , a lunch or a dinner. The food was good and tasty. The service was a mix of good an less good. you may want to come with your kitten as there was a couple of little mice wandering inside the restaurant which the staff did not look bothered by.
