Chiringuito Los Marengos

El servicio es muy bueno, aunque los uniformes no están identificados los trabajadores y le pedí una cerveza a otro cliente que tenía un polo azul igual que los camareros.

good attention and table service. with good sea views and very rich and well served sailors. the waiters very friendly and attentive! seafood paella at 12€ per person ... very big. for 2 to eat 4. And very rich!

This was our second visit to Los Marengos and the food was just as good as last year. The fish stew was amazing, the barbecued pork was a real treat. The staff were very helpful. Very good value for money. Would thoroughly recommend.

Los espetos están riquísimos 8€ el plato y el arroz para 2 personas 31€ el que hemos comido es el arroz caldoso PERO ojo porque viene bastante cantidad y vale perfectamente para 4 personas. Si te alojas en el hotel tienes un 15% de descuento. Aún así es más barato comer en el chiringuito que en los restaurantes que hay cerca.

Estuve el sábado pasado por un viaje relámpago en el que fui sola y elegí este chiringuito entre tantos para comer. El servicio muy amable y educado. Pedí unas parrochas de sardina y un gazpacho, todo bastante bueno, si vuelvo por allí, volveré a comer allí. Lo único por lo que no le doy 5 estrellas es porque hay demasiadas hamacas y sombrillas de paja delante de las meses que imposibilitan la vista del mar

Magnífico chiringuito de playa en el paseo marítimo de Torremolinos junto al hotel Océan House. El servicio lo dirige Diego con maestría, tomando nota de las comandas y aconsejando que pedir entre la extensa carta con la que cuenta. Cualquier ración de pescado frito lo bordan, igual que los espetos, de sardinas o de pescados más grandes, que el espetero los trae al punto de fuego y jugosidad. Le he dado un poco de menos nota en ambiente porque está pendiente de una remodelación total que se va a realizar en breve por la propiedad.

Have just come back from a long weekend in the area. Ate at Los Marengos every single day for lunch. It's a great setting right on the beach (Literally) with wonderful views overlooking the beach and sea. The staff there are extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. The menu is extensive, my wife tends to stick with salads, whereas I tried a different seafood each day. You can have the seafood cooked on the BBQ or on the grill, it's your choice and staff always offer advice depending on the seafood you choose. My twin brother Stephen and I were walking down the beachfront of La Carihuela when we decided to drop into Chiringuito Los Marengos ,been here many times over the years ,in fact as long as I've been visiting this sun drenched resort ,close to 30 years it's always been here. It's a traditional chiringuito ,interior is inviting ,a cool looking serving bar ,great decor and furnishings and lots of seating options looking out onto the beautiful beach and the Mediterranean Sea beyond.
