"Food quality was there but they only offered the fork discount on the dishes on the menu. They one available online is different from the one you get there which is quite limited. They then have a board featuring chef’s special you can only order paying full price. They obviously did warn me and the other customers about this while taking the order but I find misleading attracting people saying you will offer a discount on the food to then saying it applies only to certain dishes. I’ve been using the fork for years and this is the very first time I’ve seen this happening. I’ve of course been to other restaurants having a specials off from their menu and they have never made such a distinction….It’s not a matter of price but about being genuine! They could have simply upped the price of the special and make it work…didn’t feel it was worth complaining with the staff about it. 3 out fo the 4 dishes we ordered were quite good. Service was a bit slow."

"L’esperienza al Ristorante Trinciabue è stata molto bella, siamo arrivati alle su prenotazione. Appena ci siamo seduti siamo stati accolti dalla cameriera, gentile e professionale. Abbiamo ordinato panini piuttosto simili tra loro (il menu offre più o meno alcuni ingredienti di base presenti in ogni panino) che si sono rivelati molto buoni e saporiti, solo il pane era un po’ troppo fragile alla base poiché si è aperto, ma il sapore ha fatto sì che questa piccolissima pecca non rovinasse il pasto. Inoltre l’atmosfera soft unita al fascino della zona vecchia ha reso la serata molto tranquilla, eccetto quei due o tre momenti di leggero fastidio creato da bimbi cresciuti male che si mettevano a gridare e fischiare per strada. Alla cassa un errore di conti stava per non farci avere indietro di resto, tanto che il ragazzo per scusarsi ci ha offerto un cicchetto di amaro. L’unico neo del ristorante è il bagno, avendo trascorso la serata ai tavoli posti fuori, non abbiamo apprezzato troppo l’interno, ma una cosa che risalta è proprio il bagno, rustico, con un lavandino all’entrata che ha i tubi non fissati per bene e che quindi perdono, allagando un po’ il pavimento. Tutto sommato la serata è stata piacevole e quindi consiglio vivamente il posto."

"I hadn't been to this pub for more than a year and I came back simply because I heard that they had modernized the menu. The location is small and is quite gloomy and dark, they have a wide selection of sandwiches but much less for drinks. It is quite difficult to find a place for the car as the place is located in a fairly central place in Bitonto. The times to sit at a table have significantly worsened (I waited fifty minutes) and while waiting they offer chips. The prices of the sandwiches are quite high, €14/15 The service is quite fast to the point that probably in the rush as soon as I sat down they gave me a dirty glass but then changed it immediately. The sandwich is good but due to the waiting times and the very inconvenient parking of the car I don't think I will return."

"Ritorno spesso in questa pizzeria durante l'anno, questa volta ho potuto provare un menu rinnovato con una lista davvero molto importante di pizze offerte. Interessante sicuramente la scelta di proporre delle pizze regionali abbinate a formaggi, salumi del territorio ma non sempre perfette. Combinazioni che a mio parere meritano di essere riviste anche nelle altre proposte in carta, come quella che ho assaggiato personalmente e che ho allegato in foto. Mi riferisco alla polvere di pomodoro (qui presente in scaglie e di certo non adatta per un condimento su pizza) e alla combinazione con gli altri ingredienti che per quanto siano indubbiamente di buona qualità e gustosi non li ho trovati cosi abbinabili. Anche l'impasto non era perfettamente lievitato nel cornicione, risultando davvero poco digeribile anche dopo una lunga camminata.!Come antipasto ho scelto di provare il pomo d'oro che invito caldamente a descrivere sul menu e a servire a una temperatura corretta e non da frigo. Invito anche ad ampliare la proposta birre in bottiglia con qualche altra etichetta almeno per bilanciare l'importante carta vini! I prezzi non sono esagerati come in altre pizzerie dello stesso livello ma doppia nota dolente la scelta di considerare un sovrapprezzo di un euro per una pizza nella versione rossa e ben quattro per una pizza con base senza glutine che a differenza degli impasti alternativi non è nemmeno segnata in menu. Decisamente non meritata questa aggiunta rispetto alla qualità offerta."

"Sono tornato qui dopo molti anni per una pizza in compagnia di vecchi amici, rimanendo molto soddisfatto. Ci siamo seduti all'esterno ove sono ben distribuiti molti tavoli, il servizio è efficiente, anche se a mio avviso dovrebbe essere un pò più formale nell'approcciarsi ai clienti. Ho mangiato una pizza assolutamente squisita, come anche i miei amici hanno affermato, gli ingredienti e la materia prima che lo Chef Emanuele offre sono di altissima qualità e sempre ben abbinati. Rapporto qualità prezzo tutto sommato adeguato alla qualità del cibo, anche se i prezzi sono un pò più alti rispetto alla media. Rinnovo i mie complimenti ad Emanuele."
