We have good food to a really good price! We came there during summer, when less tourists are there Coming back for sure!

Le personnel est très accueillant ,la cuisine est du fait maison avec bon goût et beaucoup de choix .Menu du jour très bon rapport qualité prix du top au fond des pistes

Lunch with 6 friends, very helpful waitress, great spaghetti with mussels, mixed salad but the rosti was very sticky and cheesy and the chicken bland and boring. Bill seemed high but water at €8/l helped Voir le carte

Start with coffee and a croissant, grab lunch and end with a cocktail at Caroline’s! Great atmosphere, people watching, service and food! Be prepared to wait for a table if your don’t make a reservation....

In Siviez 4 Vallées heb je niet veel mogelijkheden voor een hapje. Meestal zijn de prijzen ook aan de hoge kant voor euroërs. Bediening is vriendelijk, de gerechten eerlijk. Wij hadden een zeer ruime kinderspagetti (10chf) en slaatje met geitenkaas (14chf). Lekker.

we went there to eat the dam after a walk. the bark carpaccio (menu du jour was immediately served, very powerful and overall succulent. we went back a few days later there, and although we challenged the chef with seven independent orders (that was not in purpose, we promise! the food came without too much delay and was delicious! the employees were very confident and asked us if everything went well. we are very pleased that we have found this restaurant and will surely come back! siviez is a wonderful place to switch to the big black of veysonnaz, nendaz and verier. chez caroline has filled a gap that we had in our resort for one. but what a great way to fill it. great interiors, super friendly people .usually native work our season. a beautiful terrace that has penetrated into sunshine, looking for a majestic view. wein is good, but people watching is my favorite family who sit together, let the children go after lunch on their own faust for some challenging pists. brilliant shot in poor for our resort. it showed real vision to open chez caroline, just like we new elevators in. I love it here.

as a native to siviez visit winter and summer for >30 years we have often visited chez caroline. always good eating, in the last years of service struggled when busy on a packed sunny lunchtime in the peak season. this year we have returned to find a refreshing and tasty menu, a poor of pleasant and hard working waiters and waiters, shorter waiting times to get a table and also be served at peak times. we tried other places before place (some were dirty,) but again after chez caroline for simply the best. In this year we heard the usual “tous include” (tips included) had changed or was more relaxed, so took great joy at the added service tip for the team to feel that we really appreciated th...
