Cherry Pie - Carte

We had a lovely meal at the Cherry Pie it was cosy and the service was excellent. The staff couldn’t do enough for us so friendly and accommodating. Would recommend it to anybody. Will definitely be back soon.

We absolutely love the Cherry Pie. We have so many memories of wondeful family gatherings there. Today myself my husband had a beautifully cooked lunch. As always the service is second to none. Thank you Cherry Pie.

Stopped here on a whim because we had drove past and liked the name, was pleasant to see a busy restaurant with plenty of regulars. Seating area outside is perfect for the summer nights. Excellent food and even better service. Would highly recommend if your in the area Voir le carte

Just popped in by the off chance for a drink but then decided to have a sandwich which was fabulous it was toasted BLT on 3 slice of toast with a full salad garnish including all types of lettuce with water cress tomatoes peppers cucumber and red onion . My wife had tuna mayo and cucumber with the most tuna filling I've seen in a sandwich all plated gorgeously Well worth a stop.

Pleasant evening with friends in this restaurant that you need to make an effort to get to. The host was excellent and very attentive. The food was good quality and there was plenty of it. Decor needs updating the collection of empty wine bottles a little off the wall but it is popular with locals, particularly older ones, and great value for money. Less is more, we wasted a lot of our sides which was a pity

I cannot praise this place enough. It was ours and our friends first time there despite only living 20mins away. From the minute we walked through the door to the minute we left, we were made to feel welcome. The menu had a great selection. There was something for everyone. Food was fabulous. Took my mother and sister for a little lunch here and, once again, we were delighted with our visit. The food is super and the service top notch. Simon, the host, is fabulous and treats all his guests like old friends. More than that, he remembers exactly what my mother likes, even though it’s not on the menu, and provides it with a cheery smile. Top notch and very enjoyable but you might need to book as it’s understandably very popular.

We recently visited this restaurant for lunch, having driven past many times over the the years. We arrived bang on opening time, as we hadn’t booked a table, but the rest of the diners were hot on our tail!There were a couple of tables still available, so we were given one by the window, which was very nice. What struck us from the start was the exceptional level of hospitality shown to us. We were greeted like old friends, and with genuine interest by the owner/front of house gentlemen. It was clear that this was his everyday manner, and many of the guests were obviously returning customers because of this. This place is superb. From the time we walked in until we left we were made to feel very welcome, like we were new friends. Knowing we were bringing our dog, the table had dog treats and a water bowl ready and waiting for us. We have never known such excellent service before coming here, they go above and beyond to make your visit an enjoyable one. The food was delicious and if you wanted more veg, chips or gravy you only had to ask. They even asked my partner if he wanted them to take his cottage pie out of the dish and put it on his plate to cool it down a bit. He said yes and the did it for him.
