"On the eve of our wedding we realised that we would have nearly thirty family and friends in local hotels and decided it would be fun to invite them all out for an informal meal the night before the « big day » to get the party rolling and give a chance for guests to meet and mingle before the actual wedding day. We did not want the event to over shadow the main event the following day and wanted to food to be a distinct contrast. As regular visitors to Thailand (and enjoying frequent lunches) at Charm we came up with the idea if they could host us. They immediately offered the whole restaurant to us and gave us some brilliant menu ideas that had lots of dishes for sharing. The planning was simple, the manager charming and everything easily organised. The evening of the event itself was great fun, it was very relaxed with lots of laughter and smiles and made for a memorable start to our wedding celebrations. The food and drink were delicious and even the « I can’t eat anything spicy » brigade enjoyed it. The service included the famous Thai smiles and the large and varied group were very well catered for. Thank you so much for this, I can’t wait to be back for a pad Thai lunch soon."

The restaurant had a charming ambience and served delicious authentic Thai cuisine. The staff were welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. We definitely plan to return if we visit Bath again.

We have been regulars at this restaurant for over 10 years, but we will not be coming back. The ownership has changed again. The waitress is terrible and can only carry one thing at a time. The food is not as good as it used to be. It's really disappointing.

I ordered Thai food from this restaurant and it was pretty good. all my family members enjoyed eating. the thai curries are really soothing for the taste buds. I didn't sink inside, but the load was pretty crowded when I went to collect my order. it proves that people like to eat there. Voir le carte

Had a great visit again . Amazingly tasty food . Attentive staff , especially Jenniy. Lucky to find a table even on a week night (Thursday) the place was packed but the service was still exceptional. I don’t understand how some of the reviews are negative !!!!!! . Try a meal , you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy .

Having lived in Thailand for over 20years I expect the same standard of food when I visit a Thai restaurant in the UK. Whilst there are some issues with getting some of the raw ingredients the taste of the food was very good and would recommend them to anyone who likes Thai food. Staff very friendly and took the time to chat with us about Thailand and the food. If in the area again I will certainly eat there again.
