Ce restaurant a été la pire expérience de toute ma vie! Oubliez ça, nous voulions vivre quelque chose d'authentique à Francfort, mais à la place, nous avons reçu du froid.

Never know what to expect in a heavily trafficked area like this (except suitably high prices), so we were surprised to find that the food was truly delicious and well-prepared. The staff was having a bit of trouble keeping up with all the tables, so...just make sure you're not in a rush. Voir le carte

...and you really pay for the location here...on the Old Opera place, directly in front of the monumental Old Opera house, really full of tables (social distancing tables need more space...tables everywhere... The food was quite nice, not spectacular and the cassata a little...too sweet. Prices definitely on the high end, but hey...sipping champagne on a warm summery evening while having some food and a nice conversation is priceless, now more than ever...

Never again!!! ordered caesar’s salad for two. apparently got two “insalata primavera”. asked to do a brutus on the salad. with a total bill for two of some € for lunch not unreasonable, i thought. we declined offer of free pudding, if and when...i want it, i order it and pay for it. must have been taking to a couple of walls…. the spaghettini dish was ok, but in these times this kind of comportment hard to understand and/or appreciate. over and out for ever!!!

This restaurant is located right next to Opera theatre so you have a view of this beautiful building. The menu is not extensive but has many things that I wanted to try. For appetizer, we had the grilled octopus with hearts of palm , olive...oil and lemon. The shaved artichokes with the olive oil and lemon was delicious and the octopus was very tender. We shared our second dish, the tagliolini with white truffles. This dish was good but I have had better ones in other restaurants. My main course was veal medallions with vegetables (carrots, broccoli, sautéed potatoes and zucchini). The sauce for the veal made with seasonal mushrooms was delicious.
