Stumbled across this place when walking around Kreuzburg at lunchtime. Had a beef burrito with jalapenos and cheese. Large portion, juicy beef and a green salsa on the table that was super tasty.

Sorry guys, been here about six times since they opened, but today was the second time I've ended up with toilet issues afterwards. This is the only thing I ate today, and a few hours later I'm stuck on the toilet.

This is a cute authentic hole in the wall place (no toilet) with maybe 12 seating places. They even serve cactus (nopales), Food was tasty and Service friendly. I would have expected more variety in Mexican beer next to Corona. Apart from that we really enjoyed it , no matter what you order . Voir le carte

If you are looking for REAL Mexican food, this is a great option. The Tacos al Pastor on Fridays taste exquisite and the Tacos de Picadillo on Thursdays are also an excellent choice. It is pricey compared to Mexican prices ... but the flavor is genuine. Big applause for the salsa verde and the salsa chipotle, I loved them!

I had the mole burrito and the agua jamaicano, it was all recommended by my mexican friend and tasted excelent! You really should eat at this place and try the exotic in Europe not so known dishes! They are exquisite. Too bad they do not have their own bathroom but the neighbour restaurant lets you us their bathroom. The closest metro stop is Görlitzerbahnhof.

Es difícil encontrar en un país extranjero el sabor de nuestra verdadera cultura mexicana peeeeeeero, Chaparro se esmera por acercarnos con su comida y sus sabores, a nuestro entranyable México. Las salsas, el guacamole, las tortillas, la carne, todo RI QUI SI MO !!! Los tacos de barbacoa son mis preferidos, que aunque no sean de carnde de borrego, se perdona porque esa carnde de res está bien sazonada. This Mexican family from California was in heaven when we found this gem! We've lived in Europe for the past 6 years and this is the first time we've felt like we had a little taste of home. If you are looking for authentic taqueria then you must visit this place. Staff was very friendly, nice and spoke Spanish. Place looks a little run down but you can see into the kitchen and it was clean. We could also see the cook cutting up fresh meat. Be sure to have cash as we noticed they didn't accept cards. It was a little $$ but worth every penny!

Das Chaparro stand schon lange auf meiner Liste auf der Suche nach authentischer mexikanischer Küche. Das kleine Lokal ist von der Einrichtung her einfacher als ich erwartet hatte, Imbiss-Style mit Selbstbedienung. Positiv überrascht war ich, dass Tacos al Pastor auf der Karte standen, ein absoluter Klassiker. Der Geschmack war sehr gut und authentisch mexikanisch, das Fleisch hätte etwas heißer und saftiger sein können. Eher enttäuschend waren die Guacamole und der Pico de Gallo - hier fehlte definitiv Cilantro. Den Preis von 8 Euro für drei Tacos fand ich recht hoch. Ich komme aber trotzdem auf jeden Fall wieder!

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen waren die Erwartungen groß. Leider wurden diese auch so gleich enttäuscht: Die Tacos (Cornitas) waren aus billigsten Produkten zusammengestellt. Die Portion war für den doch recht hohen Preis winzig (für 3 Tacos inkl Pico du gallo würden uns 8.50 Euro berechnet. Satt würde ich davon natürlich nicht. Für den Buritto meiner Begleitung wurden wohl aus Kostengründen keine schwarzen oder Pintobohnen verwendet, sondern die billigen weißen Bohnen aus der Dose im Supermarkt.Die Margharita war ein Gepansche aus einem Multi-Vitamin Fruchstaft aus dem Supermarkt und vermutlich billigstem Tequilla.Insgesamt ist man hier unter dem Level von Dolores (was meiner Meinung nach...
