"From what I understand, the restaurant was recently taken over. I gave it 4 stars 2 years ago, mainly for the value for money and the friendliness of the staff. For the cheese fritters before the change of ownership: 12. for the 2 pieces with salad and 18. galore. And there we are: 21. for 2 donuts and 25.50 galore (unless I'm mistaken) I find that really EXAGGERATED!!!! We agree that everything increases, but that's no reason to take advantage of it to this extent. Too bad, I don't think I'll come back."

"Von einem Besuch vor einigen Jahren noch in bester Erinnerung, sind wir dieses Jahr wieder hingegangen. Wir haben es nicht bereut. Wunderschöne Lage, Wanderwege überall, leicht mit zum Auto zu erreichen. Die Küche sehr gut, ob Fondue oder die Filets mignons aux poivre oder aux champignons. Für 34. eine Riesenportion, nach Wunsch mit supplément. Freundlicher Service, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wer nicht hingeht, hat was verpasst!"

"baulmes ist ein charmantes Dorf, es ist ruhig aber überraschend in der Nähe von Lausanne, bietet landschaftlich schöne Spazierwege im Jura Vaudois Region. Dank der Guide Michelin entdeckte ich l'Auberge, wo ich genießen Sie eine exzellente und entspannt Mittagessen. Günstige Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, die nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss aus baulmes Bahnhof.Das Restaurant ist hell und luftig Speisesaal, mit viel Liebe zum Detail.Daumen hoch für die herzliche Begrüßung und sehr aufmerksamer Service Schweizer Gastfreundschaft vom Allerfeinsten!Auswahl für das Mittagessen sind kurz, mit Schwerpunkt auf saisonale und regionale Produkte: entweder eines der drei Assiettes du jour, oder die drei Gang Business Menü.Ich entschied mich für das Menü d'Affaires, das war eine gute Wahl. Der Salat mit Spargel und geräucherten Flussbarsch war hell und gut ein perfektes Vorspeise an einem sonnigen Tag. Als Hauptgericht hatte ich ein großzügig Entenbrust. Sehr lecker, das Fleisch war sehr zart und perfekt gegrillt Rosa. Ich habe am Ende das Mittagessen mit einem klassischen dunkel und White Schokoladenmousse Dessert, süß und lecker.besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Schweizer Weißwein: Chasselas von Chablais, Petite Arvine und Humagne Blanche von Wallis. Beide waren ausgezeichnet.In High Preis Schweiz die Rechnung blieb überraschend niedrig: CHF 80 für die ganze Mittagessen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen."

"Getting away from Cheese dishes ,filets mignons, pizza you will find a Chinese restaurant. When you enter it feel like a pre war building , small restaurant 5 table all taken , it all look freshly painted , clean curtains everything look clean.we were showed at the back with more tables (15) old fashions decor but clean , there was a big boiler in the room with 2 big air pipes across the ceiling , it look odd. Young lady gave us the menu du jour, 3 starters to chose ,mushroom soup ,spring roll or a salad. 3 main courses ,spiced chicken ,sweet & sour pork or a beef in black peppers sauce . All for 14 Frs. The soup was very nice and fresh with a hind of chilles. The chicken and the beef seem to look similar but we're very different both tasted very nice and not blend , nice potions, all served with a smile,if you don't mind the decor the food was good ,yes we both would go again to try other dishes."

"Ici tout est grais et préparė maison. Ca commence bien avec le sourire de la patronne l'accueil sympathique du patron. L'établissement est plein un jeudi soir cest bon signe de qualité. Un tarrare coupé au couteau très bien assaisonné et dressé avec originalité. J'ai apprécié les rebibes de parmesan en surprise les pommes allumettes croustillantes la petite salade rucolla. Tout etait parfait. Grand choix de bières et de vin au verres. Je ne dirait rien sur kes glaces maaison aux psrfums surprenants vous les decouvrirez vous même. Vous allez dans la région? Passez au 12 . Vous serez enchantés."
