I took Tagliatelles with tomato sauce and basil, the sauce was not tasty at all. My friends took Burgers and it was average .

Rude hostess service who asked us to wait for the imaginary other hostess to seat us. Expensive not the best view in Verbier We left

Stopped for a drink ,the Carlsberg beer outside were served in a bottle and the coffee machine did not work, no tea either. One one server for a load of people, had to wait a while before being served.

This restaurant is run by incompetent people. A shame for Verbier. DO NOT GO. Service is the worst I experienced in a long time. Extremely bad organisation. Could be example for companies and organisations to learn to what bad management can lead. WORST STAFF EVER....VERY UNWELCOMING. Food very average. Avoid.

We had lunch here twice in a week and loved both the service and the food. The pizzas were great and the chef was a star throwing them in the air and dancing away by the oven. We had groups of 15 or so and...across the crew there was strong praise also for the chicken skewers, the carlsburger and the gorgonzola pasta. One of my favourite places on the mountain, book a table and enjoy!

shortly before lunch at the Carlsberg-Chalet with my family, I stopped for drinks and the greeting we were given was absolutely shameful. we wanted to sit outside in the sun and therefore move some of the sun chairs so we could sit together. After we moved two chairs, one of the waiters came out and approached my uncle so aggressive that we thought he would be attacked, screaming right in his face. He didn't want us to move the chairs that are just enough, but the way he screamed in our face was so careless that we had to go. very bad experience and we will not return.

Feb 2019, great lunch terrace, we went twice. Accessible only by ski, in the middle of the slopes Attelas La Chaux . Service was excellent and efficient. Pizzas are large, choose from a very large range of fresh toppings, thin crust, absolutely as they should be. Service...in the restaurant was surprisingly efficient and courteous, even during English Dutch Swiss holidays. They also have a terrace bar, where a queue does form, that you can order food from, chips frites look great. And a separate ordering point for drinks. Get there before 12:30. I suspect if it had a catchier name, like Le Chalet it might be more popular. I'm sure I'll regret writing this next time I come to Verbier!

What a terrible chalet! Opening days of the season, so nowhere near as busy as they will be in a few weeks I waited for minutes until anyone even cleared my table, despite asking four times and being told that someone else would...come to do it. I was then told that food would take minutes to arrive. What they failed to mention was that drinks would take even longer (and the mulled wine arrived cold)! All in all I waited well over an hour to receive anything at all. On the table next to me a poor family waited half an hour waving and doing all they could to get attention before anyone even looked at them.
