simply delicious. a perfect whole bar, fresh vegetables, crunchy while being cooked. a warm and compassionate staff.

varied map and heightened the superb frame. The Italian leader will surprise you. Flavored and contemporary atmosphere.

We went there for a Bday dinner and everything was perfect: nice service, good food, coffe, dessert, digestives. Only but would be wine list, which was a bit too overpriced.

We went here for hubby's birthday. Had cocktails in the bar first, then ate at the 9pm seating. The meal was delicious and wine was also very good (a good selection of local wines.) Would return for a special occasion

excellent dishes: especially st jacco shells more gambas, and tuna tataki. Too bad that on the evening of the 31st Dec, the shells were no longer on the map. we had booked at 9:15 but we sat only at 10:00. The children received their main dish at 11:20. too many noisy world and a huge delay in cooking. I'm really sorry.

Decorating level, we have to congratulate the architects for making the new one with the old one. Once we've passed the door to the bathroom, we realize what the vanessa was "before"...During the restoration, it's become a way. frozen fries version restoroute, rakes too cooked (requested "good rosés.") service always very nice and beautiful map of Swiss wines but that is not enough. Saturday night it was half full (service from 9:00,) a sign. Next time we'll go somewhere else.

After having taken a drink at the warm bar of the hotel, we were very well received at the brewery on the v. the waiters were in small care and good advice on the dishes offered as well as the suggestions of the day. Among the many dishes offered on the menu, I chose a grilled yellow net that was wonderfully well cooked. I highly recommend this verber restaurant if you are looking for a quiet place and offering refined meat and fish dishes that change Valais dishes that are used to finding.

back to friends with verber for the weekend of Easter, we dine at the brewery on v. two p’tits glasses at the bar and table hop. quietly, while being animated, we had a wonderful evening. What a treat! be it the Spanish sardines, the pata negra, the hot goat, the cooked tuna, the gamba noodle wok, the skewers of saint jacques, the roasted cod back, the beef net or the famous burger of the v, we were delighted! with such a menu, a little complicated the choice of wine, we opted for an excellent local red. we then shared the benefits and the cowrin "from the v" the two to fall on the ground! the hotel being complete on the weekend of our arrival, we had to stay elsewhere. However, from the excellent reputation of the vanessa table, we have dined several times. the suggestions of the chef are varied, copyy, and delicious. the card also offers a quality choice. the hotel master is jovial and efficient service. Only flat, the restaurant had some delays in the second service. However, we were warmly welcomed to the bar to wait by a very attractive and dynamic staff. the barmaid did not hesitate to search on the internet a cocktail recipe that we discovered in Thai not being on their map (neanless very complete) to do so to us, despite the crowdedness of customers.
