my partner had heard of it and went to a romantic dinner. cozy but at the same time sober environment. at the beginning we took a champagne that we accompanied with something simple but delicious bread and butter. I like raw meat, so I had as an appetizer a bark tar, with lobster and my partnerhecht as an appetizer. everything really perfect, well matched aromas and excellent ingredients.
