"cavallino is one of our main restaurants in the berliner norden. tourists are as good as never here. eating is excellent. the price-performance ratio is unbeatable and it is a very nice atmosphere, which lies on the duo lorenzo (patron) and vito (chef kellner). both come from palermo, know each other since childhood and make the evening a culinary success.As an appetizer there are always free petty (bruschetta or oliven). then the mixed dish is recommended from the vitrine and the carpacchio from the bark. besides the obligatory selection of pizzas and pasta (cook I myself very well) is our favourite dish: dorade, grilled with spinach and kartoffeln, a dense for 15.50 euro. the wee is easy but fits. in the rest, tasty flensburger pils and erdinger is offered. just my taste! There is a free bag on the house. credit cards are accepted."

the seating is very narrow. the personal friendly. the price/performance ratio OK.The pasta with truffle and parmesan was delicious. my rocket salad with red beet and calamari looked totally chic, unfortunately the low-catch were unthinkable, even again roasting didn't bring a pleasure. I'm sorry.

Ich hatte eine gut belegte Pizza Scampi, welche einen schönen festen Boden hatte, sodass man man Dreiecke sogar mit der Hand essen konnte. Also richtig nach italienischer Art. Ist aber Geschmackssache, denn manch einer mag den Boden etwas dicker. Aber auch Spaghetti Scampi waren sehr lecker . Preislich liegt das Restaurant im guten Mittelmaß. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal dort.
