I made a reservation at Newt Family a few weeks ago because I wanted to spend two days in London. The booking was confirmed, and when the day came, we arrived at the restaurant, which appeared to have been closed for some time. Voir le carte

Could not fault food. Beer good but prices high even for London. The place could do with a good clean of floor and tables. They put a service charge on for just 2 of us which I thought was rude. They only carried a plate to our table! But food good

We had a frustrating experience with our restaurant reservation. Our initial booking was canceled without any explanation. After rebooking, we arrived at the restaurant only to find it closed due to flooding. There was no communication from the restaurant informing us of this situation. We had traveled all the way from Scotland and were left without a dinner reservation. Very disappointing!

Went there on a Tuesday night. Can 't say I will ever be going back. For a place that boasts about its burgers, they were pretty generic and bland, overcooked and small patties. The chips portion is generous but that 's not what I came for I came for good meat and didn 't get it. Dessert was a disappointment. The restaurant was dirty tables and floors. I know it 's going for the distressed look but that doesn 't eliminate the need to clean. Waitress was friendly but inexperienced. Tip: Don 't ask customers 'when are you leaving ' following their meal (when there are plenty of places). Won 't be going back and until the food improves and the hygiene increases I wouldn 't recommend others do e... Voir le carte
