Oggettivamente il miglior impasto della regione Abruzzo. Incredibile. Una delle poche volte che dopo un boccone di pizza ho detto wow. Servizio velocissimo e cortese. Prezzi nella norma. Veramente ottimo. Complimenti

Pizzeria moderna interno molto luminoso, personale gentile e disponibile che sa’ consigliare… pizze buone con prodotti di qualità, buoni i diversi impasto che si posso scegliere, ottimo quella affumicata… buone le gourmet, buoni i dolci…assolutamente da provare.

Esperienza positiva. Pizze con impasto leggero e sfizioso... condimenti originali. Buoni anche i dolci! Altri clienti hanno segnalato un po' di lentezza nel servizio ,ma non è stato il nostro caso. Locale grazioso e con giardino (noi abbiamo mangiato all'esterno) che non risente della posizione in cui si trova (zona industriale). Prezzi in linea con altre pizzerie gourmet. returned a year away for many times and on one of the two occasions we had dinner outside the structure. the place is absolutely cared for in detail and we were really very well. service compared to last year is much improved; was absolutely fast and professional. in a few excellent words. the stuffed pancakes and fried cheese absolutely excellent; the very good gourmet pizzas..I did not appreciate the green pesto in the duke the sweets are absolutely to improve; cheesecakes were moose. Very high level dough (regular, multigrain and corn) and premium ingredients make this place an absolute must if you want to have an amazing pizza. Neapolitan style, the dough feels light and they offer lots of innovative mixes and the option of customizing your pizza by selecting a dough if your choice. Highly recommend the one with cheese, caramelised onions and orange marmalade and the one with beef carpaccio, pistacho, burrata and fiordilatte. Sto trascorrendo un periodo di vacanze a Silvi Marina con mia sorella e un piccolo cagnolino. Un gruppo di amici ci ha portato in questa pizzeria. Il posto mi è sembrato un po' sperduto ma comunque tranquillo e molto elegante. Abbiamo preso quattro specialità di pizze che abbiamo condiviso, formaggio fritto e un dolce. Devo dire che sono rimasto sbalordito dalla bontà di queste pizze e dalla leggerezza dell'impasto. Sono straordinarie e veramente buone. Altrettanto buoni ho trovato il formaggio fritto e il dolce. Il personale è garbato e la ragazza che ci ha servito è stata gentilissima, precisa, molto professionale e di straordinaria bellezza. I costi sono bassi e gli ambienti interni sono...

I found Castellum Vetus Vinaria by pure coincidence since I love to cycle through the county of Teramo including Casoli, which belongs to the city of Atri. What a find! Turns out that the owner and pizzaiolo Simone Pomante just won 3rd place in the World Pizza Contest in Rimini (Emilia Romagna, Italy early 2015. However not only his pizzas are excellent and very creatively composed, but also the home made pasta or the antipasti are a dream!
