De entrante una sonrisa de oreja a oreja, somos dos no tenemos reserva y queríamos cenar algo. Sin problema...! Dijo Jenny. Nos situó nos dio la carta, y enseguida vuelvo. ..¿Ya sabéis? Que nos recomiendas... Ésto, ésto y ésto, de ¿beber? Un vino, no se hable más este os va a encantar. Saber hacer, conocer el producto, tantear al cliente, seguridad, saber vender y profesionalidad. Excelente trato y tranquilidad sabiendo que te está atendiendo una profesional. Al final la experiencia en un local la crea el personal, ese que está involucrado, le gusta lo que hace y sabe hacerlo, eso se nota!!! Enhorabuena a los propietarios por esa adquisición. La comida muy rica en cantidades proporcionadas. Totalmente recomendable."

"Just as we were about to give up on finding a meal for two vegetarians and returning to our hotel room for a sad bag of crisps and some crackers, vowing to never visit Leon again, what should we find? Kadabra! Ostensibly a craft beer bar they have vegan burgers on the menu made from chickpeas and coriander served with grilled aubergine and red pepper in a delicious toasted vegan bun with vegan mayo and home fried crisps on the side. Absolutely delicious! The bar itself is also an interesting place – excellent beer as you would expect. For fun, I had the Framboise, a gorgeous raspberry beer inspired by the Belgian fruit beers. I noticed that they had 12 different beers of the day so there’s something there to appeal to any beer drinker’s taste. The staff were pleasant and obliging and managed to understand my broken Spanish. So having said that we wouldn’t some back to Leon because it’s so difficult to find anything vegetarian to eat, we might just have to come back just to go to Kadabra."

"Habíamos reservado de 21:00 a 21:15. Llegamos a las 21:15, nos sentamos y a los 3 minutos viene la camarera para tomarnos nota. Le pedimos disculpas porque aún no habíamos abierto la carta y nos dice que tenemos que pedir ya porque solo hay un cocinero y después vendrán más mesas (en ese momento solo hay dos ocupadas) y no se le pueden juntar los pedidos. Así que nos ponemos a leer una carta bastante larga y de repente asoma un hombre por la puerta de la cocina y se pone a dar voces muy enfadado y diciendo que tenemos que pedir que él no puede estar esperando más y que hemos llegado tarde (no era cierto). Todo eso cuando no llevábamos ni 10 minutos en el local. Vuelve la camarera con mucha prisa, que tenemos que pedir ahora mismo, y la situación es claramente incómoda. Pedimos un poco sin saber qué estamos pidiendo y sin haber llegado a ver la carta completa, más que nada por terminar con la tensión y por no levantarnos e irnos sin cenar... La comida ni fu ni fa, pero aunque hubiera sido deliciosa ya era difícil cambiar nuestra percepción del restaurante. No creo que el cliente siempre tenga la razón, pero sí que siempre se merece un respeto. Igual que al revés, y por nuestra parte lo hubo. PD: No voy a discutir si sé a qué hora te pedimos la reserva y que cuando llegamos estaba más de la mitad del restaurante vacío. Y aunque fuera como tú dices nada justifica las malas formas por vuestra parte."
