"I want to recommend this restaurant (Casa Jacinto) so much. We came here on recommendation from a Madrid local friend of ours who suggested it as it was quite close to where we were staying in a nearby hotel. My wife and I ate dinner here one evening very late as we were exhausted after some big work days. The two waiters are some of the most welcoming people in Madrid and not only that, they are of exceptional professionalism and service. The first night I ate scallops cooked on the shell as a starter and had the house specialty clams with wild mushrooms, my wife had a perfectly cooked sole. All of these dishes were fantastic and I’d be happy to have any of them again. Given we had such a nice time, we came back for Sunday lunch where my wife had the iberico jamon, croquettes and salad caprese. I myself had the cocido madrilènes. These meals once again were beautiful. I’d strongly recommend that if you have the cocido madrileno that you don’t need to eat anything else for a few hours afterwards as it is most filling. All in all we’d come back to Casa Jacinto in a heartbeat, not just for the food but the great service and the wonderful ambiance of this little restaurant in the back streets of central Madrid."

Comida tradicional. Siempre con un excelente plato de cuchara del día. El pescado les sale de miedo, tanto por frescura como en el punto, además de ser piezas de buen calibre. Ya he venido 2 veces y la lubina tanto a la sal como a la bilbaína muy recomendable. El servicio muy amable y atento, a la antigua usanza.

Íbamos con la idea de comer cocido madrileño,pero evidentemente con la calor que hace esta fuera de carta a no ser que lo encargues. La verdad, es que no nos arrepentimos de no comer el cocido,porque todo lo que hemos pedido estaba muy bueno.Comida casera y de calidad.El sitio muy tranquilo y acogedor. Los camareros muy amables y serviciales.Para repetir!
