"Just ordered three dashers via grubhub. Upon delivery I was missing one item and the other two were unsealed in an open bag which must've tipped over at some point thus causing the content to splatter all over the inside of the bag. Oh and I actually received a phone call from carvel employee to inform me they were out of banana so we switched to another item however when I called back to explain I was missing an item and the other two items painted the inside of the bag the phone number was no longer in service! Tried three times, same not in service message. This place is horrible !!! Don't walk RUN away , up the block to coldstone!! Thank you grubhub for my refund, my coldstone is on the way !"

I called to order a cake today and received excellent customer service from Will. He was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I paid in advance and picked up the order. Looks great!

this place is a catastrophe. almost always from the budget. order them consistently. they ask for a they are. they wind up with a tuna sandwich and forget Covid-19 precautions delivered in my fittings were far open, invested in a booklet. the plastic cap on the cup has a huge hole in the top and is not sealed.

I called and asked if they had made birthday cakes out of ice, they didn't know what I'm talking about and later they didn't know if they were selling cake at all. there is a large refrigerator at the entrance with cake in them. I laughed, and then the girls have charged me $40 for a $17 cake. not here. cold stone is around the corner.

I called ahead to inquire about their ice cream birthday cake, but the staff seemed clueless. Despite having a display of cakes in a large fridge at the entrance, they were unsure if they even sold cakes. To top it off, I was overcharged $40 for a $17 cake. Skip this place and head to Cold Stone Creamery instead, which is just around the corner.
