"This restaurant is easy to find and features a beautiful, bright, and spacious dining area with plenty of seating. The main entrance has a small flight of three stairs, which may be difficult for wheelchair access. There could be an alternative entrance for accessibility, but we did not inquire. Despite being located on a busy street, the restaurant was not noisy and there was no background music playing. The staff were all very helpful and friendly throughout our meal, without being intrusive. The menu offered a great selection of dishes, including many gluten-free and dairy-free options. The food arrived promptly after ordering and the portions were generous. Everything we tried was delicious, though the prices may be slightly higher than average. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience and would happily return."

The waiters have no idea what they are doing From seating you at “wrong tables” to bringing dirty glasses and clearing out the tables whilst the company is still in the middle of their meals. Just wrong!

pre-booked, no indication on the website that most menus were not available. we were too tired to look elsewhere and found two dishes that were acceptable, but were disappointed. personal very friendly, explained it was problems with care. Voir le carte

I had a great experience at this Carluccios location. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The atmosphere was clean, spacious, and inviting. I will definitely be recommending this place and coming back for more of their delicious ice-cold cappuccino. I also appreciate that they use paper straws instead of plastic, which is a big plus for me in helping to save the planet.

So bad we had to laugh…there were 4 of us….started with 4 pints of Peroni they’d run out….4 starters…..didn’t have the pate…..4 main courses…..the lasagne was so over cooked/microwaved you couldn’t get a knife through it…..I ordered a glass of rose….they’d run out of Pinot Grigio rose…..desert panacotta with raspberries and raspberry coulis…..it came with strawberries….all through lunch the waiting staff were constantly dropping cutlery……the final good laugh was when we were asked at the end…..’was everything alright!!’ It was great if you didn’t want to eat and drink!!
