such an extraordinary restaurant is an experience. it would not have been my last visit. eat them delicious. ambience super just manko, was the music. I didn't find her so suitable for this ambiente. after 11 it became unpleasant loud with hits. this is of course not a general binding declaration for a visit so far.

We were at the end of a business trip with Carlos and were served quickly and very friendly despite a larger group! Great service and very tasty tapas, meat and fish dishes at the skewer! It's more an event restaurant. The food was not bad, the facility imposing. The menu is very designed for meat and fish dishes. For vegetarians the offer is very limited. The parking situation is bad. There are many parking spaces, but due to the size of the restaurant they are quickly occupied and you compete with the residents. The staff is friendly even if the alcohol level of the guests rises impressively!

We were 6 people, got the table 30 and were warmly welcomed. After picking up, our waitress told me to lay bread and aioli beforehand. It was then brought as needed 15 minutes later. Unfortunately, we had to ask for drinks that were forgotten. The food was very delicious. After we had paid all our bills, the bread fell on us with Aioli. On demand we have a very patty answer that is probably not in vain and we have to pay it! I find this procedure very harmless and it should have been pointed out. We visited Carlos on a Saturday night with two pairs. It was always for show purposes to play the song of pirates in the Caribbean. Food and drink are then only possible with flashlight. From the top deck the dirt fell through the webs on us as well as glass shards. If the complaint comes from the staff lapidar, it would be very dark and you cannot see all the shards. It is not excused that it is possible at all that something can fall out of the upper floor. Just like the Corana rules, the Office should check that only every second table should be occupied. Today we were 6 people in the new carlos in heavyweight and were very disappointed . The location is really cool, but unfortunately it was already. The personal totally overloaded, partly unfriendly and inattentive . We had to wait for our food for a long time, then it came to a clump, so everyone had to eat alone. I can't. The meat partly salted, the beer stood off. The appetizer came together with the main dish. One mess. If you know Carlos in Lünen, you know it's different. Total overload due to bad timing. You know what? We reserved a table for 10 people. We have already said that the table only of 17:oo until 19:oo Watch is available. We thought briefly and reserved in the conviction that there are no problems regarding service and kitchen. We were in time at the door opening. The drinks and the appetizers were ordered, also came quite fast. Then the main court was ordered. In the meantime, the restaurant was full. The two foods for the children also came close to the time. The children then wanted to have mayonnaise to their pommes we reordered. When no mayonnaise was brought after 10 minutes, we kindly asked. The question that my dear authors should ask here is what do I expect? Are you eating cheap in the gourmet restaurant? Don't go and don't exist.
